Happy Mother’s Day!! I know, Mother’s Day was a few days ago…I know I know, I’ve been real busy! I made my beautiful sister her 46th birthday cake. Guess what kind it was! Yes, dark chocolate cake with creamy coconut cream cheese frosting. She loved it! Everyone loved it! So if you haven’t made it yet, get on it! It’s amazing. Well, that’s what I was told! 🙂 We had a great time Saturday. We cooked out over the open fire. We had chicken breast and a pasta salad with Italian dressing. We also had a tossed salad as well. Then we loaded up on the cake! Yes!
Mother’s Day I was surprised with my favorite chocolate chip pancakes. My daughter Izzy made them for me. And then sliced strawberries and added some coconut syrup. The best breakfast ever! Iz is totally her momma’s girl. She can cook. Gwynie surprised me with some flowers. And Niles was just the best little 14 year old boy. Haha. He took out my lawn chair for me so I could sit in the sun for a while. My oldest daughter made me this amazing lemon sugar scrub. It totally exfoliated all of my dry skin. I love that stuff. My husband helped the kiddos order these new make up brushes from Morphe. I’ve been wanting them for a long time…and he remembered! He’s such a great guy. I totally love him, and the brushes too! Morphe has some really cool eye shadows as well and gel liners I really want. These brushes are a basic set from Morphe, and they are so soft. There’s I think 5 eye shadow brushes, a high lighter brush, foundation brush, blush brush, concealer brush, and a fan like brush. I have no idea what that one is for. When I find out, I’ll let you all know. But if you’re hesitant like me, just go for it and get them. You’ll love them. I really like their products so far. Try them and you’ll like them. 🙂 That’s all for now. Take care, and I’ll chat with you guys real soon!
Oh, the fan like brush is for shadow fall out on your cheeks. It gently brushes it away, and it’s also used for a bronzer. Good to know 🙂
